Our Story
The word Baari (বাড়ি) means “home” in Bangla. For us, Baari is more than four walls — it’s a safe space where women can dream, create, and build without limits. Inspired by the journeys of women who are rewriting the rules of entrepreneurship, Baari Brand Bindi was born to bridge the gap between mentoring and hands-on execution.

About the Founder
Dr. Vijaya Dutta is the heart and soul behind Baari Brand Bindi, a platform dedicated to helping women turn their dreams into scalable businesses. With a BDS from ESIC Dental College, a Certificate in Brand Management from IIM Bangalore, she brings a rare combination of academic excellence, strategic insight, and practical experience and worked with English Language Partners New Zealand, Ace Achievers Academy, Max Healthcare, and Manipal Hospitals, gaining her ability to guide, mentor, and execute with precision. She believes in continuous upskilling and therefore also pursuing MBA from MAHE Manipal.
Dr. Dutta knows what it feels like to sit on a dream and feel unsure, overwhelmed, or stuck. She has lived the journey of leaving the familiar, navigating corporate challenges, and stepping into uncertainty with nothing but an idea and determination. Her experiences fuel her passion: to create a safe, nurturing space where women can rediscover their spark, structure their ideas, and confidently accelerate their growth. Through Baari, she walks beside women as they turn visions into ventures and doubts into action.
